Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you full command over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward emails from one mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the electronic mail account you wish to forward mails from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
